Once you have logged in to Auto Integrate you will need to navigate to the ‘Repair Order Manager’ found under ‘Repair Orders > Repair Order Manager’. Here you will be able to see any open Repair Orders under the ‘Repair Orders’ tab or completed ones under the ‘Archive’ tab. To create a new Repair Order, press the green button labelled ‘Get Approval For A New Repair Order’.
SEARCHING
FOR THE VEHICLE
Next, select the Fleet Management Company the work is for from the drop down box. If the relevant Company are not in the drop down box please contact the Fleet directly who will be able to assist. Then, type the VIN into the ‘VIN’ text box and press search. Once you have located the vehicle – click on the VIN highlighted in blue to continue with the repair order.
Entering
Odometer & Idle Hours
Then, you will need to enter the Odometer reading and the Engine Idle Hours (if applicable) for the vehicle. Once you are happy with the information you have entered – press ‘Next’ to continue.
SHOP
DETAILS
Finally, you will have to fill out the ‘Shops Details’ screen. Please be sure to fill out any required information marked by the asterisks. Once you are happy with the information, press ‘Continue’ to create the Repair Order.
